Solution
Artemis is an outdoor apparel and gear brand created specifically for women. Rooted in sustainability, the brand encourages its community to explore the outdoors responsibly and take an active role in protecting natural spaces. The slogan “adventure with purpose” captures this commitment to mindful exploration.
The brand draws inspiration from Artemis, the ancient Greek goddess of the wilderness, wild animals, and the moon. Her mythology aligns naturally with the brand’s mission to empower women in outdoor pursuits while honoring the landscapes they move through.
Brand Symbols & Logo System
Artemis’ visual identity incorporates symbolic elements associated with the goddess:

Primary Logo: A stylized arrowhead paired with a larger triangular form that subtly evokes a tent—representing both adventure and protection.

Secondary Logo: A crescent moon used independently or alongside the brand slogan. This mark is intentionally flexible, allowing for patterned variations that can be applied to seasonal collections or product categories. For example, a wave-patterned moon for water‑sport gear.
Typography & Voice
The brand uses Hypatia Sans Pro, a clean and approachable sans-serif that supports the brand’s friendly, casual voice. While the name references Hypatia of Alexandria—a real philosopher, astronomer, and mathematician—the typeface choice reinforces the brand’s modern, intelligent, and women-centered identity.

Natural elements inspire the palette:
