Let me show you how my
design process works
Study | Define | Ideate
I start by researching client needs to gain a deep understanding of the current landscape, challenges, assumptions, and behaviors. I gather insights through methods such as stakeholder interviews, empathy and journey mapping (UX), mood boards, and competitor and market research.
I use these insights to establish a clear strategy by defining the project scope, content and requirements, success criteria, and the resources needed to achieve them. Finally, I explore and design potential solutions by organizing user flows (UX), prioritizing features, sketching concepts, mapping journeys, and developing key messages and content approaches.
Together, these stages help me ensure that the solution is client-centered, aligned with business objectives, and supported by well-developed ideas before moving into design/prototyping.

Design / Prototype
I collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine the proposed solution, creating content, user flows (UX), and design concepts that can be tested with the target audience. I document key design decisions, explore ideas in greater detail, and use collaborative tools to gather feedback.
I evaluate the solution through peer, stakeholder, and technical feasibility reviews (UX), as well as feedback sessions and presentations. I use this feedback to validate assumptions, identify improvements, and refine the design before moving into implementation/production, ensuring the solution is both user-focused and feasible to deliver.
Implement/Produce and Learn
I bring the approved solution to life by shipping the final files for production.
For UX projects, I create and publish content, documenting information as needed, and work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, technical requirements, metadata, and overall alignment are addressed. This stage may also involve quality assurance activities and supporting the launch/communication of new features.
I measure the effectiveness of the design solution through methods such as A/B testing, usability testing, sentiment analysis, content audits, and other research activities. I evaluate performance against defined success measures, report on outcomes, and use the insights gained to develop new hypotheses and opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
